No Operational Lift
With Symphion, your lift is not operational. It does not include hiring, training or managing personnel, licensing software or operating that software. You are not required to do any testing, process design or any other aspect of the delivery of the print fleet cyber security including no reporting. You are not required to research, plan and design your controls and security profile. Symphion does it all for you, with you.

Continuous Effort to Steady State
Work with us continuously to reach the desired controlled state for all the printers comprising your print fleet.
One-time activities include:
- Standing up the technical environment for our service such as servers, database, access and privileges.
- Initial inventory reconciliation including defining inventory scope.
- Provide inventory artifacts to fill out Symphion Inventory Best Practices Template
Ongoing activities include:
- Providing an IMAC-D feed
- Approving test devices (for crawl phase)
- Approving change requests
- Blacklisting and identifying special devices for cyber-hardening
- Providing Firmware Bundles
- Tech support for the following:
- Rebooting a non-responsive device for remote administration,
- Resetting a device with unknown password,
- Providing passwords of devices with unknown passwords,
- Resolving critical errors that prevent cyber hardening service,
- Participate in the recurring service touch-base meetings
